We want to improve the lives of commuters experiencing the appalling service of Southern Rail on a daily basis. In order to ensure that there is change we urge all users of this rail network to please sign up to this platform & provide your comments below.

Soapbox Shout will then be presenting your case as a collective voice, writing to The Department for Transport to ensure that all your comments are seen by the right people. We are also compiling a case for Trading Standards and our legal advisors with the aim of bringing about a substantial improvement in Southern Rail's performance.

"Over the summer we have traveled a lot and nearly every time our trains were either cancelled or delayed and most recent delayed and then dumped at another station announcing that they were now not continuing to their final destination. How awful is that?? No help or offer as to the next move - the conductor jumped off and took off and left us all stranded. On a previous cancellation we ended up having to book a taxi so as not to miss our flight. Fed up completely with their service and being hung out to dry not to mention we had visitors from overseas and they see what bafoons we are with our rail service. "

"How long will it be until someone gets seriously hurt. Panic attacks, disabled people unable to even get on or off trains, overheating, people losing jobs for being repeatedly late! The Department for Transport have seemingly ignored the cries of the public. There is dire need for Judicial Review of the Department for Transport."
