Are you a person who is fed up with live chat getting nowhere? Are you being left on hold for hours and having nothing resolved? Do you think the website is really slow and unhelpful? Do you have problems with the standard of service in your area or with being over charged after cancellation?

Vodafone need to learn so please help me get this message heard. I have been fobbed off for two long and I know there are so many of you out there who feel the same way.

Not only had I been overcharged for 6 months I've had my cancellation totally ignored and been charged again!!!

Soapbox have agreed to take this campaign forward and are compiling cases for their legal team to take action against Vodafone on our behalf. Sign here if you want your comments taken forward. Please also keep a note of any out of pocket expenses incurred through giving Vodafone your custom.

"For a week I have been trying to sort out my upgrade deal. I was quoted an inlusive monthly price but Vodafone refused to honour it and wanted to charge me VAT on top claiming the price I was quoted was exclusive of VAT. I requested they listen to the conversation when upgrading and they promised to do that and honour it if I am right. They still refused saying that they cannot let me have the price I was quoted on the phone. I have had to make tens of phone calls and spoke to so many different agents and departments all telling me different things. Now I have just had the bill with the wrong price charged. They are a joke."

"I am absolultey disgusted how an employee drove yesterday. I had my family in a car on our way Newbury and as we were exiting the A34 sliproad a car tried to over take us whilst my husband was excelerating past another car, he couldnt get past us, so he got behind us, leaving a paper thin gab between his front bumper and our back bumper. He then overtook us, my husband followed him to tell him how dangerous his driving was/is. the person in the car Reg: SD10 FCD (silver VW Passat) drove upto the vodafone barrier, where my husband & son got out of the car, the guy wouldnt even talk to them and he was waiting for the entrance barrier to be dropped. A voice came over the tannoy saying the Vodafone with deal with him. I havent managed to get the name of the driver so i can report him to the police. It seemed to all 4 of us in the car that the driver was obviously late for work, but he could have been alot later if he'd caused an accident. I just want to report him to the police for his actions and hopefully it may teach him to leave for work earlier and not nearly cause and accident with a family on a sunday afternoon (travelling for a lunch out). I am also going to email Nick Jeffery @ vodafone about his employee. If i could attached a photograph of his car & face i would."

"Call centre rang offering to cap my 2 contracts last night and was then procceding to give me a tablet that I could use to bundle share which would be included in the capped amount, woke up this morning and checked emails about this offer.. nothing rang up to be told they don't cap contracts as yet and I would be charged and additional £10 a month for the tablet over a 24 month period!!!! Totally mis sold "

"I feel for you as I too have had the displeasure in taking out 3 contracts with Vodafone... now I'm stuck for 2years paying over £100 per month for data that is used within days of renewing, being overcharged each month, and all this is possible even tho I can't get a signal most places I go !!!!! Please anyone concidering this terrible mobile provider don't....... even if you have to pay a little more please do it !!!! "

"I left vodafone nearly 2 months ago gone to 02 on contract but vodafonr took 2 paymebts of 35 oyt twice on the same day in June baring in mind this is a pay as you go sim topped up on my card. Then a day after i cancelled a further 22.70 was taken out of my bamk account adding up to 57.70. I have been on and on at them since i found out about a refund and alls i get is sorry we cant refund it or we have refunded when i go to the bank it not in there im fed up with not having any money"

"See my rant: I left Vodafone (mobile contract) for EE via Carphone Warehouse in June 2016. I followed all instructions given to me, and terminated my Vodafone contract a few days later by phone, agreeing to pay an outrageous termination charge. 3 months later I notice money coming out of my account again, to Vodafone. On enquiring, I am told that this is for a broadband contract. I already have a broadband contract with a different provider. I never signed up to any such thing. Cut to 5 days later, and after multiple Twitter, email, phone and text conversations (their customer experience is distressingly bad), I am left with no option than to complain formally, at which point (after being on hold for around 40 minutes between two calls), I am advised that the matter will be escalated for investigation, but that this will take between 5-10 working days. I do not have that amount of time, to burn nearly half a grand. I ask to speak to a manager. I am told this will cost £10. I finish the call, thanking Brian in Belfast for his time. I am in tears. I try Soap Box. Please help me."

"Hello, i have been messed completely around trying to take a number from one contract to another. They first said will be done in 24hrs on the day the sim only card arrived weds 21st, rang back the thursday as nothing happen then told be 48 hrs after some bs by there staff, then on the saturday was told it can not be done, then told port it to prepaid. Said right had enough i want to cancel under the 14 ddays love us or leave us plan, they said have to get hold of mobiles.co.uk when closed til monday. I said just want my number ported how hard is that, they then said 24 hrs again grrrr..ring on the sundday and said that is it, ported the number wanted to keep to giffgaff and said i will cancel this. Rang mobiles on monday said it be cancelled. No email. Rang weds 28th and now told takes up to 5 working days. It is a fiddle and a ball ache. And today had the money taken out. Robbing scum. Beware these parasites of society. "

"The worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Completely incapable of correcting their mistakes, even at the Ombudsman's request. Have been trying to resolve issues with my daughters contract since joining them in January 2015. (and what a mistake that was...) Still waiting for Vodafone to stop charging for insurance that, when you call them, they deny she even has! They certainly wouldn't pay out when she needed to claim - but continue to charge her £12.99 each month for, erm, not having any insurance cover...... A complete shambles. Desperate to leave at the end of the contract but I'm sure that will be another tale of incompetence to come."

"Appalling service. Cancelled contract in March due to Vodafone breaching the contact (taking more money from my bank than they should and failing to refund accurately as per the customers request - Failure to manage the account properly). I started recording my calls to them - they lied about the refund they never tried to issue (confirmed by my bank)... Then continued to charge me since March and added bad credit to my credit score... Thanks Vodafone, it sure wasn't worth having the IPhone 5s for... Still unresolved... "

"All started when my iPhone 5c broke whilst under contract. Wanted to charge me £200+ to fix it because it wouldn't turn on without even contacting Apple or a repairer and with 6 months left of the contract and the price it wasn't worth it. Asked if I could cancel the contract and pay the remainder and was refused. Took out another contract with Three for the iPhone SE and decided to let it run. When I realised I was unable to access my Vodafone account due to the phone being a brick, I rang up and asked how long I had etc. Ended up in the cancellation team trying to put in my request to cancel. I told the guy I wanted to leave and he just wouldn't let me. He was trying to force me to take out another contract (not even upgrade) despite me having a contract with Three. Ended up saying "Fine, I'll cancel it" and basically hung up on me. Never received confirmation of the cancellation and I feel like I'll be paying for months on end. Absolutely ridiculous customer service."

"I have had 6 months of promises from Vodafone. Gave to ring and explain every week. My daughters phone was put into my account without my knowledge or agreement. Money left my account and I had to fight every week for it. My daughters account in the meantime has been blocked and she has loads of issues with Vodafone still. All this was due to Vodafone error, but we are paying for it with money, time and stress. This company is robbing its customers and having them labelled with bad credit rating . Something needs to be done "

"My problem has been escalated to the Director of Customer Relations - Amy her name is. She promised to call me every Tuesday with an update, since that promise..No calls.. As Vodafone have a 'billing profile error' that has affected thousands of customers, still not fixed after 6 months. I have had to chase up this update call every week since promised. Still haven't received one this week. If this is the Director of Customer Relations, what hope have any of us got... Ombudsman have just completed the investigation stage and i cant WAIT to leave Vodafone, and can't wait for the day they are shut down. "

"Vodafone are dreadful, their customer service team just pass you from pillar to post without actually resolving anthything. They also exoect you to cover the cost of failing products under their contracts. We have a small business account and cant take calls at home as they no longer have network coverage in our area and I still have no idea if and when a replacement sure signal box will turn up. It is absolutely disgusting that they can get away with this!"

"I have sent my phone in for repair. Havent heard anything for two weeks now! I called them and they told me they are waiting for a part to repair it and then told me that they can not repair it so they will replace it with a new one. And guess what! They dont have a galaxy note 4 in stock so they are not sure when they will have one! Waiting in total darkness while they are collecting DD!!! So pist off with them! I regret that I did not signed up with EE! I have tried live chat and the guy had a problem understanding my issue. Instead of finding my phone he replied that I'm near my upgrade so he can upgrade me for a small fee! Such a waste. Beware of Vodafone!"

"Sent a faulty phone. Then a sim no phone. Vodafone stores wouldn't help me. Contact centre told me to go to live chat. Live chat advised to go to the phone. I've now had a bill for £120 and was told my plan had nothing on it. Refreshed my plan and have since not been able to use 3G 4G. I have no been charged £50 after being advised I'd be refunded. Now I have no service and can't call or text!"

"Vodafone initially lost my Song Xperia when I sent it to them for repair - it took them 3 months to sort out a new phone as I was told I could only have the same phone but a re-used one as the one lost was 6 months old - I told them that is not good enough as they lost my phone, not me so I want a brand new phone of my choice - after complaining so many times I was given a Samsung Galaxy S5 which I was happy with. After 3 months, I wanted an iPhone 6 so I did a buy back with Vodafone in Aug 2015 - I have not received my money for the Samsung. I have phoned them so many times and was promised on several text messages the money would be paid and I haven't recieved the funds to this day."

"I was also overcharged for 6 months, gave in with arguing with Vodafone and instead tried to implement a payment plan to get back up to date. They said this had been put in place but then went on to tell me this hadn't been put in place. This was on live chat and over the phone. Repeatedly. They have left me with £400 of debt which is being handled via a debt collection agency."
