Lotus Leggings - too many unresolved customer complaints

This is a campaign on behalf of the many individuals who have had their consumer rights violated by this company and a call to action.

PLEASE PLEASE SIGN, SHARE AND MAKE OTHERS AWARE. Leave an account of how Lotus Leggings have treated you. They are not regulated and seem to be able to get away with shocking service and violation of our consumer rights ... right across the globe!

I have chosen the Soapbox Platform as it is not for profit, independent and safeguards your personal data (their terms are here) and they help to bring a lot of similar people together who are in the same position, warn those who are not yet aware and help build evidence for the purposes of any eventual legal action.

Those who sign this campaign have experienced any of the following:

NO DELIVERY / WRONG ITEMS / POOR QUALITY

Seems that they are a scam. Lotus Leggings seem to either not deliver your order at all, or if (and when) they do, it is not fit for purpose (not sold as described therefore missold), or the wrong item(s).

NO REFUNDS / FOBBED OFF

When you then ask for a refund for either an undelivered item or the wrong item sent (or not fit to wear) you are sent on a goosechase with numerous different "service reps" who do nothing to actually help you but instead each in turn respond nonchalently, fobbing you off. Many of us have still not been refunded for nearly a year even though we were within our rights (either because no item arrived! Or we sent it back as per the sales contract).

IGNORED / BLOCKED FROM TELLING THE TRUTH

If you leave a complaint on their site they block you. Look at their Facebook page - they don't even ALLOW visitor posts! What does that tell you. Censorship at its most vile!

ARTISTIC THEFT

Can you imagine jumping online and seeing counterfeit designs OF YOUR OWN!! Lovely Lotus Leggins appears to be a company based in Greensboro, NC, with production / shipping DIRECT FROM CHINA. This cheap company is claming to have designed leggins, when really they have RIPPED off the original designs / artwork of a hardworking American artist, Chriztina Marie. Chriztina poured her heart and soul into her brand Werkshop - see her Facebook page here. When cheap counterfeiters copy these designs they do NOT copy the quality nor the fabric and this effects the brand's integrity.

This malpractice is sadly not limited to Werkshop alone - most of their designs are simply copies of hardworking artists and designers. I commented on a design they were claiming to be original and called them out. I was immediately blocked and my comment deleted. This happened countless times to many of Werkshop's followers. Lotus can find, and I assume pay, to monitor the endless comments on their page, but cannot find a person to create their own unique designs. SHAMEFUL.

"I ordered 4/6/17 $19.35. 4/21/17 my leggings were delivered to California, an address I didn't give. They promised a free pair and my original pair. 14 e-mails and 2 months later I received the free pair, no original. All but called me a liar when I told them the free pair came in a small bag with no paperwork. and no original order. Because I threw the bag away, they say they have no proof of what was delivered. I have not been credited or received my original order."

"This company took 5 months to send me 2 pairs of leggings. The only reason I received my stuff is because I hassled them over and over again to get a refund. Instead of wanting to refund me they sent me extra clothes that didn't even fit. The sizes are completely off and their customer service is lacking in so many departments. This company should not be able to continue running. It's false advertisement and stealing. The amount of cases that have been unresolved is absurd. "
